Dragon's Fire Baijiu Infusion

  • Base: Baijiu (as the primary spirit)

  • Allspice Berries (Pimenta dioica): Known for healing and luck, it has a warm, spicy flavor that adds depth.

  • Black Peppercorn (Piper nigrum): Offers protection and exorcism qualities, and its pungent, spicy flavor will add a strong character to the infusion.

  • Burdock Root (Arctium): For purification and protection. It has an earthy, sweet, slightly bitter taste, providing a grounding element.

  • Ginger : For its fiery, warming properties that resonate with the Dragon’s energetic and ambitious nature


Lightly crush the allspice berries, black peppercorns, burdock root, and fresh ginger combined with the Baijiu. Infused for over 2 weeks.


This infusion is a nod to the Dragon's bold and dynamic nature, with a balance of spicy, earthy, and warm flavors. Remember, moderation is key when enjoying alcoholic beverages.




1. Dragon's Breath Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Dragon's Fire Baijiu Infusion

  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth

  • Ice

  • Orange Peel or Star Anise for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Pour the Dragon's Fire Baijiu Infusion and dry vermouth over the ice.

  3. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with an orange peel or a star anise to emphasize the spicy and aromatic profile.

2. Fiery Dragon Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Dragon's Fire Baijiu Infusion

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • Ice

  • Lime Wedge and Mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mule mug or highball glass with ice.

  2. Add the Dragon's Fire Baijiu Infusion and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch.

3. Dragon's Flame Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Allspice Berries

  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Black Peppercorn

  • 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

  • 2 oz Sparkling Water

  • Ice

  • Lime Wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the crushed allspice berries, black peppercorn, and fresh ginger with honey or agave syrup in the bottom of a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Top with ginger ale and sparkling water.

  5. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
